i have yet to figure out a business. i know that this is not where most start. i was trying to sell jewelry on e-bay but that did not do well. i tried beanie baby's but we all know where that went. i was thinking of rehashing money making ideas since i get allot of them but we all get allot of them. i have worked in construction for over 40 years but not too sure how i can use that. i have 5 children and 9 grandchildren but again not to sure how to use that. i collect coins but not an expert. i crocet but not to sure how that can translate into a business. i do lots of crafts but again how can you make a business plan out of this. can you help me find something?. i have watched and looked for ideas but it is so overwhelming. thanks, kittie

One of the things I don't make time to do is more social bookmarking marketing. When I requested your report, my fears were confirmed. I am not doing Web 2.0 like I should have been, and until I make the time, I won't bring my business to the next level. Your report showed me a couple other areas where I need to improve upon with my brand new website, as I was shocked to see my ALT tags were not done correctly! That was a key point I made to my web developer when building it, but I apparently missed a few, and that should not have happened.

Good video, as usual. Not sure about the part (regarding sitemaps) where you suggest using the compressed sitemap (sitemap.xml.gz) if you don't want a competitor viewing the sitemap. They can still view it with no problem. If a SE spider can crawl it and view it, so can a human.
(P-Slim, not sure which part of which video you were watching, but gzip isn't for ultra-security. It's a small nuisance to someone who knows how to uncompress it, but those nuisances add up. As Sun Tzu says, "confuse your enemy." But it's just nicer to deliver a compressed sitemap to the search engines anyway, and it shouldn't take you a lot of time, if any. -- Dan Thies)

(Brad, you're kind of missing the point here. This tool isn't supposed to create some amazing revelatory event for a full-time SEO consultant who has time to do all that stuff. After 2 years developing my business, I am just really starting to dive into the technical end with organic marketing and SEO optimization. I always had control of the Keywords - even with the cookie cutter, easy to duplicate system/websites - but was pretty much clueless how to use them to my advantage.
Unfortunately, even our local community college has a IT Department that is clueless when it comes to web design and E-Commerce. I tried to discuss what I wanted out of a course and they don't have anything with E-marketing, just some basic HTML courses.

To me one of the best parts of the site seer report is the "Keywords Analysis in Adwords" report.
It is cool to see the estimates on "Cost Per Click" and "Clicks Per Day".
This gives you an idea of what kind of potential traffic your keywords could bring you if your were at the top.

I found particularly interesting the inference to avoiding your keywords being seen by one's competitors. I will have to relisten to understand how one can hide website keywords from them and not from the spiders.

Mucho thanx for the Stomper Site Seer! Absolutely amazing report. My keywords showed that my U.S. site has been obviously been ripped off by someone in AU. Knew about this a couple years back, found my URL in meta tags and throughout body on dozens of hidden interior pages on a site. Learned about Google Proxy Hacking from Dan Thies blog, and although this isn't the same situation, this report makes me understand why I dropped from Google rankings and never regained them. Well, I'm not sure where to go from here, but at least I know why.

I Lunched my PlugInProfitSite for about a year and 1/2...And I have nothing to show for my rather
inconsistent action on following the blueprint that is recommended by the creator of the system...my main problem had been that I have spent a lot of money in all kind of products that everyday promise that are going to be the solution and nothing happens...My main question to a third party like you and of course with the experience of making tons of money....why is so difficult to bring traffic to your website...why everybody that joins your list seems to be a tirekicker and stays there waiting for mana from the heavens....Sorry this start liking whining....and that`s not my purpose....Please if you have something of help to me I`ll do it....I will not give up.
