Great content as always.

Hi Guys,

This is GREAT stuff. I really enjoy how deep you actually went into the whole deal about PPC. It's kind of like what Amish and Larry talked about a year ago over at "the new ppc". I've been following Larry and Amish over a year now and they got some killer software called www.HexaTrack.com. It's free too!

Have you used it? If so, what are your opinions? I've been tinkering with PPC and I've been using their tools and starting to see the real value. I actually made some good money with their techniques...

I want to know your opinion conversion tracking and it's importance?

Thanks,
John

Andy, man, what can one say. You just Rock! Sign me up! don't need no sales page, no more videos, I'm in! here's my credit card number XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-0572 expires 12/08

I think adwords techniques are back hitting the market hard again!

Thank You for the long video presentation about triangulation ad words.............................. I am so confused , being a beginner at my business of Helping Bring Wealth To People who really are ready to commit to the ways of Internet marketing with a proven ,tested and easy to use ' system '. So My Question is--Are their any sources to input and set this up , to get it going with effective ,massive automated marketing of my promotion campaigns ?

Great content. Thanks for sharing...

Cheers

Let me know when you guys perfect the mold. I have no doubt that "Dan the Man" Thies will redefine everything we know about SEO "Again", I am a true fan of his accomplishments in the industry. Great stuff so far, taking back the web 3.0 style should be a great hook.

Andy and Dan - all I can say is AWESOME!

I have watched every one of your Going Natural Videos and have made thousands of dollars from the free information you have put in those videos. I have no doubt that I will earn even more just from this video.

Thank you again!

You guys just outdo yourself over and over. -- WOW, What a STOMPER-video-SHOW-me-how treat! All Quality and Brains! Thank You!

Excellent information, as always, Thanks Again.

Thank you for another great resource

This was great content as usual but I have two questions. First, you repeatedly say to test and measure. You mention the Adwords interface and Google analytics. Do you recommend using any other software such as Omniture SiteCatalyst or Test&Target? Second, as far as I can remember you only mention Google Adwords... do you recommend using Yahoo or MSN PPC solutions as well or just Google?

Awesome Video, i can't wait to test the method on my website.

Thanks,
Eligio

Excellent Video. Probably the best presentational video I've seen in years. And Dan, well done for a very well explained Vid, nicely done. :)

Great video, thanks for sharing!

How about comments that have mild-language?-CB

Cool Video Guys. I'm a victim and sufferer in Google Search Engine too. My website homepage: http://elimousinenetwork.com/ went "missing" on Google Search Engine couple of months ago. I suffered a drop of traffic and result to lesser limo bookings for about six months now. I don't know what had happened or what wrong had I done to my website: http://elimousinenetwork.com/. Now what! My other limo website homepage: http://singapore-limousine.com/ had gone missing on Google Search Engine too. This is very painful to me for the amount of time that I spend on design and keywords for my business websites. I cannot afford to pay for traffic because I don't wanna charge my clients extra and am trying to keep my rates low so that more people can afford safe and comfortable rides with us. It seems like I have to close down my websites soon.

Awesome Eye Opener Video! Keep Up The Great Work!

This is totally incredible. I once lost a blog and recouped it with article marketing. But it wasn't easy.

Thanks for sharing this, I can think of a few other ways to add to the system too.

This video is well done and contains tons of valuable information. Well worth watching, even if you have to pay for it.

Wow! What a great video! I'm quite new to Adwords and I had a lot of questions.
You answer a lot of them in this video, and I think I will have to watch it many times just to soak it all in!

Thanks a lot! :-)

Lucie

Thanks for the good content.

In fact, I may already be onto something ... I used your tip and link in the video to check out the commercial intent on MSN of some keywords.

You saved my hide. Turned out that some of my words were bummers. I could have lost a bundle. But luckily I also determined what has good commercial intent ...

Bummers with low commercial intent: George Bush (0.045886), "i"s are definitely non-commercial, as are "t"s. And don't bother with "bugs" (0.10078), people just don't want to buy this from MSN searches (maybe because so much is included free?)

Good commercial intent: "ä" (0.67937) and "S" (0.76097) seem to be in short supply so I am stocking up and writing new ads.

No really, jokes aside, the video was an eyeopener.

Very interesting strategy. I am looking forward to trying it out on some low-performing campaigns. Thanks!

Wow! Really great amazing video! Keep up the good work, will waiting for the next step...

Wow - you guys really rock - I only understand what you're talking about superficially, being very new to this, but I enjoyed the video so much that I sat through the whole thing. Andy's editing and Dan's conversational style made it almost fun!! Í look forward to learning more.

Hey Andy
Really nice soundtrack. Of course the video was great. They always are.

Brad & Andy's little "Stomping the Search Engines" CD set changed my marketing life. Since he hooked up with Andy Jenkins, they have come out with the best training tools on the Internet and often times for free. I've paid thousands to others and ended up empty handed. I've never felt that way with anything Andy and Brad Fallon have produced.

Andy, no one creates videos like you for Internet marketers, period. No one comes close, they are my favorite way to learn. You video wasn't too dramatic at all, it was a powerful script.

Brad, no one creates solid researched content like you do. Your credibility with me is rock solid.

You two are the Dynamic Duo of Internet marketing experts. Thanks for sharing your creativity with us.

Hi Guys,
Al I can say is WOW, what an informative video; I learned stuff I never knew about Adwords; my last experience using Adwords was a total disaster. I wish I had known about Stomper Net back then.

Awesome video Dan and Andy -

Material is crystal clear and great
action items.

Great to know that we don't have to
depend on organic search to really
create success.

Keep up the good work.
Can't wait for the next! :-)

Very good. Been waiting for the latest going natural video, and yes, this certainly delivers. Great content. Another winner. Keep up the great work.

Dear Mr/Mrs/Ms/M/Mme/Mlle/Sr/Sra/Lord/Lady Stompernet,

I would watch your videos even if I wasn't in business. Just for the entertainment.

The video stalled the first time, now it won't start. I'll try again after NSA has finished hoggin all my memory in order to scan my files. I better be able to watch it, else how will zillions of internet users be able to find out about my site and learn astrology properly?

Thank you for your great videos, once again. You definitely are showing the way for those of us who aspire to use video to build better businesses.

As well as using video for generating traffic, I'm also keen to increase my use video as a teaching tool. So how about it - Andy? Why not give us a course? (I'd pay.) And not just how to craft great Powerpoint and screencapture, but how about a no holds barred video tutorial or webinar?

For example, how have you embedded this video here? Have you used iframes? Downloading the videos while watching the video - cool. Some kind of 'do this but stay on site' php script? Other tactics and strategies you're using?

As a non-techy who dabbles I would appreciate your input.

All best wishes

Andy,

I hate watching video. I find them boring and usually bereft of any useful content. Certainly nothing that you cannot read in a pdf.

I have just sat through your 50 minute video, without falling asleep, and without pausing (except to take notes). If anyone has tried ppc (like me) and continually failed (like me) then this video is a MUST SEE.

I am going to put everything else down, and try out what has been explained in the video. It is the most compelling and best argued case for PPC I have ever seen.

Charlie

I watch your video it is very useful information about ad words------------ Great video thanks for Sharing

Andy and Dan are giving away all my secrets I use for my clients! Great job on the AdWords videos. You guys ALWAYS overdeliver. Oh my, where do I start in thanking you for this video.

I'm so excited to go do some tweaks I can barely take

A million thanks, you guys rock big time.

I LOVED the triangulation methods. Thanks Dan, this is very helpful information which can immediately be put into action. Bravo!

Hi Dan and everyone at Stompernet.
I've just taken the best part of a full working day to dissect this video that is less than 1 hour long. Phew!
There is a lot of information in there and I understood it for the most part until you get into landing page quality (which I understand a little) and embedded matching and negative matching which I think went right over my head.

I must admit I'm in a desperate situation as i have experienced similar results to Myweddingfavours.com in that my site has disappeared from page one rank one on Google serps and I'm now having to look at ways at getting that back through paid search.

I just hope that I manage to pull it off and that your information works for me otherwise it's back to 9-5 day job grindstone for yours truly.

Wish me luck and i look forward to more great things from you guys. If there is anyway I can spread the word (do you want me to?) then I'm more than happy to do so.

Kirk

Wow! more great info from the Stomper Gang. I learned most of what I know from the original Stomping The Search Engines CD set. My site and my success is a direct result. I'm sure to utilize this info as well. Thanks Guys!

I'd pretty well given up on Adwords. Now I'm inspired to try again. I'm also inspired to try to add some creative video, yours rock!

Woww
Thank You!

http://www.pcsayar.com

Real cool. My takeways from this video are:

1. MSN's "commercial intent" tool

Dan, do you happen to know what goes on behind this? I was typing in some "obvious" keywords, like specific brand names, and I'm confused by the results. Is their algorithm based on the MSN search engine database?

2. Adwords' #1 spot

3. embedded matching (although my head is still spinning, and don't quite understand it yet)

Hi Andy, and Dan,

I just wanted to let you know how grateful I was for this video...it really set me straight on
a lot of google non-sense, and slapped me around on testing....

I took a whole page of notes, and I have an action plan, thanks!

I really appreciate the inside look at how to do adwords...I really suck at adwords, all I've ever done
is pay, I have never made money on adwords, so I quit.

Maybe now I can turn a profit!

Best Wishes,
Jeff Davis

Joan Stewart, The Publicity Hound, sent her readers over here to view your video.

Good stuff.

Videos scares me but I am glad to see what is going on.

New to this and I can use all the help we can get!!!

What video editing software do you use?

great video. Good information as usual.

Okay guys, I have been on the sidelines after being a Stomper member in 2006 but having put that bench time to good use, I have two sites with mulitple first page and first listings on Google--THANKS! This latest video was timed perfectly as my ad campaigns needed a little " 'splaining". Thanks Dan for making my day.
My question is, when can I apply for a Stomper scholarship?? I have the grades and the drive--need to get back in your classroom!!

Hi Guys,

This is an extremely well planned and informative video based upon real world events with proven business modeling and strategic ad planning techniques. The graphics Andy provided were spectacular as well as the music.

Great Humor. Well done. You delivered a sense of:

  • Tell them what your going to tell them
  • Then tell them
  • Then tell them what you just told them
  • Then leave the viewer with a "Thirst For More."
  • Excellent ! ! ! I'm thirsty, gotta go now.

    Jim Robinson http://www.AdvertisingAlabama.com

WOW! I can't believe you are giving all this information away for free. It's the first time It was very, very informative and helpful!

    Hi again Andy & Brad

I went to the school of hard knocks I am a self taught SEO SEM web & graphics designer. I have to say this stomper stuff the best info I have found anywhere. This is why I have been following for years, even back when you were on call for help I knew then you were great.

One slight problem I noticed with this set of videos I can see the one above but when downloaded they do not show, only the voices, so I may need a new codec or plugin, but nothing is saying.

Anyway I recomend that anyone with enough money to pay stompernet SHOULD JUST DO IT. These guys are pure genius. I found after watching going natural 2.0 I checked my SERPS and they were good I used the pointers on some of my not so hot pages and well blew everyone away including the governments listings.

My way of saying thanks to stompernet is I am going to give away some great software to anyone who signs up from here for news at worldofsolutions.org

    P.S.

Please drop by my non profit fun community centre for a laugh or a few free games.

    Hello,

Wow you guys really rock.I will add this to my marketing site and let my clients know about it as well !

    Todd

I was very impressed you guys are the best.

    the best on the net.

I am very impressed with the information in your video -- learned some new techniques I am looking forward to trying out. Thank you!

Dude- "Making up for Vista" that's hilarious. I have it, and I hate it.
    Thanks for the vid.

I have thousands of pages registered with many search engines, lots of search
engine traffic with an Alexa rank of 184,737 with over 20 Number 1 rated searchs
and 20 more on page one of Google and I still not profitable so everything you
are saying is absolutely necessary and to the point. You are a savior !!!!!!

Sorry for my ignorance but I got lost with the broad match and phrase match.
Did you mean start off with the key phrase as [phrase] and then adopt the embedded match afterwards or was it to start test with broad match ...phrase... and then adopt other matches later.

I watched the video 3 times and I cannot find your exact instruction on this? Can you please assist.

I am really enjoying the videos, thank you so very much.

    Sincerely,

    Scott

As always very good content with a sprinkle of drama from you Andy =0>

    Keep it up chaps

    Hi Andy and Brad!

It's been a while since I heard from you! It's good to know that you are still opened for new comers. I was a member of the Stomper SIMPLE programm untill I ran out of cash! I hope to rejoin, and I hope to reactivate again my last account when I get profitable...

You guys deliver great content, and I am really missing a lot not being part of the Stomper community! I think anyone serious about making money on the Internet should think Stomper! In my view making money online starts with Stomper... Great video, great content, I can't wait to seeing more; and most of all, I hope to rejoin StomperNet again!!!

    http://www.men-in-biz.com/ez20now/

Great stuff guys. I am a newbie starting now so I hope I can also go to $150K in 6 months. I am so releived to see this info after wading through site after site of crap about getting 50,000 hits here and
20,000 there by joining some rubbish pyramid. Even I as a newbie realise hits are no use. I'd rather have 50 hits where 2 people buy than 100,000 where 1 person buys.

The only way to get real traffic in my view is search engine, Adwords, offline ads. You advise on adwords is great.

    Thanks

I'm a member of the SMARTS Club, and I can vouch for the excellent quality of all the training material that you provide. Thanks for making these great freebies available to everyone. I have posted the link on my blog.

    1. This is another amazing information as always.
    2. Thanks for sharing.
    3. High regards, --OSF.

    Hi folks... Dan Thies here.

First of all, we'd like to thank you ALL for your great comments. I would like to thank you all personally, and maybe I'll get to do that in person at our next Stompernet Live seminar later this summer.

Every "Going Natural" video is an exercise in "can you top this" - I wanted this one to so massively over-deliver on anything we've done before, that you might remember my name... mission accomplished?

Seriously - it was a lot of fun working on this video with Andy. Since I didn't know exactly what he was going to do, I actually got to watch the finished product at the same time all of you did. Haircut 2.0... Heh. I'm still using Haircut 0.9 beta.

    Anyway...

We've had some great questions posted, and I'll try to answer as many as possible. In some cases, questions are very similar so I'm going to answer them once. We already put you through 50 minutes of training, so why ask you to read a novel, eh?

To be very very very clear about broad, phrase, and exact match:

Andy's not perfect because he accidentally cut the slide that showed the screen shot of the exact match, but that's what you want to start with. Start with the keyword in brackets, like this:
    [baby gifts]

One keyword/phrase, in brackets, in one ad group... with the 4 test ads like we showed in the video. That will give you the best chance of reaching profitability quickly, and the ad that results from your exact match testing, with slight modifications, is going to give you a very good starting point for all your other ad groups.

(To be fair to Andy, he was up for something like 27 hours straight editing this, because I kept calling him and asking when it was going to be done...)

For those who asked about tools:

I don't have any particular recommendations to offer. I've played around with most of the ones mentioned, and I'm still waiting for one that works better for me than just using the web interface and Adwords Editor, combined with running the right reports on a regular basis. Maybe we'll have to build it ourselves.

For those who asked about testing methods,

There's been some pretty interesting discussion at my blog, where Stomper faculty member (and conversion/testing expert) Andy Edmonds posted some fantastic advice in the comments on an easy way to figure out the results of a test.

Do I recommend using Yahoo and MSN?

Yes, I do, but Adwords is the best place to test. Yahoo and MSN don't support the same matching options so you have to be aware of how their system works to do well.

With Yahoo the best you can do is a "Standard Match" which is not quite as good as exact or phrase matching at Google. In my experience you want to be profitable with phrase & exact matches @ Google before you move things to Yahoo.

We've found the traffic from MSN to be worthwhile, but the volume is very low, so the time cost of managing it can be more than it's worth. It depends on the volume - expect to get 10% as much in sales from MSN and work from there.

Tashi, and anyone else "missing" from Google:

There are a lot of ways to screw up that aren't all Google's fault, but if you want to learn what happened to Brad's site, you can read my detailed explanation of the bug here.

It looks like Google has fixed the problem for now, so it's unlikely that you're suffering from the same problems that Brad and I had to figure out. Start troubleshooting by Googling for some phrases that should be unique to your page, and see what shows up.

Brad, and others with questions about Microsoft's commercial intent tool:

Garbage in, garbage out is a common expression among programmers. They aren't trying to do a good job determining the commercial intent of people who search for "ä" so don't hold 'em to those estimates. Search volume for that was pretty low so it wouldn't pass the traffic test, or the relevance test, but it's fun to play around with these tools. Loved the "bugs included" line, Brad.

I think you're after scores above 90% for most ecommerce sites, but you can't take the results of a research tool as gospel. Your gut can tell you a lot - I didn't need a tool to tell me we wanted to make money when people searched for [baby gifts].

Commercial intent here means, more or less, that they're "trying to buy something" as a result of the search. For brand names, you may not see as high a commercial intent, because those are often information searches or people "navigating by search." By navigating, I mean typing in "Chevy Tahoe" to get to the official site.

To those asking Andy to do a course on video...

Andy & Don Crowther did something like 8 hours of webinars on exactly how to do this as part of our SMARTS course. So he has taught this stuff before.

Andy might kill a puppy (or me) if I tell you anything about his future product plans, but in addition to the SMARTS video webinars which are already in our library, we've got 2 new courses that are being released to our members right now, from a couple of other guys who are world-class experts in video production & marketing with video.

Quick shout out @ Dirk Dupon:

Wow, we've been doing this stuff for a long time, man!

To everyone who has learned a lot from Andy & Brad, and isn't afraid to say so:

Thank you for your kind words. You ain't seen nothing yet. We've got 15 faculty members in Stompernet now, and I'm only one of them. With that kind of muscle, we can do a lot of teaching, and not just about SEO. There are five brand new courses being delivered in our portal right now.

Naturally, I like to think I'm the smartest of the group, but there are probably a few members of the faculty who might disagree with me on that! Starting with Brad & Andy. :D

We’ll talk more soon – in the meantime, enjoy the bonus videos, and watch your email for the next installment of “Going Natural 3.0”!

    Yo Andy,

You did it again, Awesome Video!

Love your teaching and happy to be a stopmer.

For me, pretty heavy duty right now, as far as adwords are concerned...but very well done and super- educational. Just got to figure it out.

Remarkable free information...I've paid out a bundle for stuff that doesn't have anywhere near the quality of your content and presentation...just wish I had come across you sooner.

Thank you for a great service to the internet community,

    Gerald

    Hi Andy,

GREAT CONTENT," AS USUAL"................STOMPERNET REALLY ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks and God Bless " STOMPERNET".

Why not create a new ad group or campaign for split-testing your control ad against your new ad & rotate them evenly?

Apparently when you do this your control ad is now considered new when you create another campaign.

If you have 4 of the same ads running against your 5th & newly created ad...then how would you know which ad is the control ad since you've made copies of the same ad? What if you forget?

All these videos are awesome. I've learned a lot and the best thing is it's free. Can't wait for more valuable videos. You guys really rock! More power:)

Wow! Great videos! Keep it up guys. Awesome!

Great stuff and a thing that I can use for training material who are willing to go for PPC Management.

I liked the way Dan explained Embedded Matching. As always, he has a great gift of making complected things look easy.

But, I have read some books that tell you to target sales, not traffic and leverage conversion rate. And they also tell you to target keywords that have higher commercial intent value. So, blaming "The Book" section could've been a bit more elaborative.

    However, it's a revolutionary thing.

    Asif.

You just give away $200+ information in your videos!

Where ohter's leave you in the dark trying to let you buy their product, you give information you can start work on right away.

    Great work guys!

    Regards Marcel

I wish I had known this stuff years ago. I have been losing money using PPCs. Not knowing how to set up my advertising campaign the right way. I really appreciate your giving back to the internet community. It shows some that some of the internet gurus really do care about helping us little people. Instead of, just out to take our money and run.
I cannot wait to watch the other videos. Keep the GREAT INFO COMING!

Wow - this is better than my stocks, my bonds, my real estate, and everything else!

Anytime I can invest one dollar and get back $8.50 - I'm very interested.

I opted-in to your list today, and look forward to working with you.

Hey Andy & Co, just had to stop in with a comment today: interesting video you are presenting today, a bit different to what I do already - thanks for the idea - good to see you keep up with your content. Talk to you soon, take care guys.

You can invest Iin this and get good ROI.

You said that you conducted your own heat map tests. Aren't the tests you show in the video taken from these guys and not really done by you like you claim?

    Stompernet is awesome.
i made a ton of money using it

Great information, but my head is swimming. I do want to thank you for the "Going Natural" information. You have allowed me to get more natural traffic than ever with your techniques. I haven't paid for traffic since. I guess I better get back to my Adwords account and get busy. :)
Thanks for your all the expertise you share for free. It's just incredible.
    Sincerely,

    Keep those questions coming folks!

Mark, you asked how to tell which is the control ad.

If you can't remember which one is the control ad, you can mouse over the ad to get its unique ID, and write that down.

If you don't feel like writing stuff down (I don't like to either), you can simply expand the date range to a few days before you started the test - your existing control will have noticeably more impressions than the copies.

If you can't remember when you started the test, use the data from "all time" and you'll spot the control in an instant.

You also asked why I wouldn't set up another campaign and/or ad group for the test.
Without considering whether that would even give me a valid test (a separate campaign would be very questionable), there's no reason to go through all that when you can test them in the same ad group, and not create additional variables that you can't control.

You'd also lose the ability to control how many impressions go to each ad, because you can't control which of two ad groups with the same keyword is going to get shown. Running ad groups that compete with each other is just a bad practice all the way around.

Roger, you suggested that we're lying and don't do our own eye tracking studies.

Well, you're wrong, my friend. Perhaps you'd like to pop by the offices sometime and look at our lab. No, we don't have the only Tobii machine in the world, we didn't invent it, and yes other people do own them and use them.

But the image in the video is from our own study. Conducted in our own lab. Exactly. As. Described.

I haven't seen the 4-1/2 year old data that Eyetools Inc. is selling at that link, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't include data from a pool of 30 users who searched for "wedding favors spring," (the SERP shown in the video!) "spring wedding favors," etc. - especially since their study was about "homepage viewing patterns."

Watch the video again, starting at about 24:40 - are you telling me that we FAKED the eye tracking shown on the My Wedding Favors site? That we FAKED the eye movements where Andy's desperately trying not to look at "those things" on Angelina Jolie?

Geez. I guess doing this stuff for over 10 years and giving away a ton of free information doesn't buy you any trust after all.

For everyone else, please keep those great comments and questions coming, and enjoy the videos.

    You gotta be kidding me...

The video was great, but I've got to confess, this is the FIRST TIME I have EVER heard the phrase "embedded match!" What a powerful tool!

As always your video was educational and informative.

    Thanks!

What can say! great suff guys

    http://www.golftipshere.com/

I don't believe it. You guys rox! You should create fan club :P

    Hey,

You guys rock, there is more information in this video, then all of the 4 plus ebooks ($350 spent) on
adwords that I have purchased over the years, fabulous, give us more, keep going guys.

    Jim

Here you will view my web page that was recently constructed and hosted.
This is on a thirty day free trial basis, and has been up and running for almost a week now, with no responses, no views, no nodda!, Zelch, zero.
The problem I am having is learning how to use the tools, let alone down loading them, such as auto responder, batch emailing, and so forth.
it appears that your program is for the advanced.
I have viewed video's where instructions are given, but by the time I go to try and utilize the steps,I've forgotten it.
Seems like most peole who are offering programs on how to make money, are only selling you more, and more programs.
They create the urgency with wordrs such as "only so much time left, or Buy before the price goes up, and so forth.
Yet they never offer anything on how to use these tooks.
Is there anything you know of that can assist me?
What I would like to do is sell e-books, affiliate networking, drop shipping and learning how to build a contact list.
I am about to pull my web page, unless I can learn how to really get the most out of it where it begins earning me some money.
    Thanking you in advance.
    RICHARD

    A lot of great information.

I was puzzled by one thing though. You advise to start off with an exact match like [baby gifts].

Then to get more keywords, create a new campaign that has only the phrase match - exact match so the keyword list is {baby gifts} - [baby gifts]. This is a great distinction!

The the puzzle is that there was a slide where you show the keyword list of a campaign to be [baby gifts] - {baby gifts}. But isn't that equivalent to [baby gifts]?

    What am I missing?

Thanks again for the great info.

    Gil

I downloaded your videos, extracted them, upgraded my flash player, and cannot play your videos on my machine, only by logging on to your site can I see the video, and only then the ATM video is all I can view.
    What am I doing wrong?
Also there is no opt-in form (big green box) on my screen.

    some technical stuff...

If you download the Quicktime version of the videos, you will need the Quicktime player to watch. Flash is used for the online version.

If you're not seeing an optin box, clearing your cookies & cache should solve that for you.

    Hey Stompernet...
I first watched your Natural 3.0 video on Wed, 05/07/2008 - 00:11. Since then I went in and changed an Adgroup for one of my top keywords... here are the results.

Bare in mind the impressions are not equal at this point as the OLD Adgroup had much more volume due to time. Once the impressions are equal it will be a true comparison. But the old Adgroup only had one ad copy running... with the new adgroup implemented I have 4 ad copy running and will take out a control as you explained. Once I have enough clicks to establish this control I will compare it then run NEW control against my OLD Adgroup copy... to find the winner.

Some initial testing stats for you in just 2 days of implementing your strategies. And here is the key I took action not after watching BUT changed and created a new Adgroup WHILE watching the video.

OLD Adgroup: 1.41% CTR Average Pos: 4.7
NEW Adgroup: 8.33% CTR Average Pos: 2.4

So already I'm getting a better CTR and better position. I'll report back once the impressions are the same to give you a true account of conversions. But old conversions were over 6%.

    Thanks you rock...

    hey,
Great content. Will start using today.

Up to now I have been a non-believer and a skeptic in Stompernet even though I have subscribed and read all the emails and vids.

This one was an eye opener. When you open up Stomper net, sign me up

Thanks for the great info and the presentation

Real humble stuff, I like the into and how deep you took the PPC.

Learn More About ME and What I Do!

My name is Jon i am a web designer from the UK, i've seen the Stompnet 2.0 videos and i think they are the most eye opening videos ever!!
plus that Dan Thies knows what he is talking about! im now pulling in a 4:1 25.0% CTR! My add is great BUT. ive had one big problem with these videos.
I really want to make multiple websites selling things but all the sites and research i've done is more for the US market...like the MSN adlabs i put in " web design" and it says 34% when i put in "web design uk" its like 74%?!?!?
i don't understand does it count the uk market search also?

    Jonathon Forshaw

I am just curious. In this video you see that Wedding Favors isn't anymore on the first place and with Google Adwords they make more profit then with the organical search...

But I see know that they are back on number #1 for Wedding Favors. I am just curious how much more money they are making now with adwords + organical search. I think it doubled or more?

As always, you guys overdeliver! This information is so valuable. We spend a lot of money on PPC and I know we ca do a lot better to make our campaigns more effective. Thanks for sharing this information. You guys simply ROCK!

Hugely entertaining and compelling. Still trying to get my jaw off the floor at the realisation of how much I have lost (or left on the table) with Adwords by not knowing about negative exact-matched keywords.
Due to the revelations brought about by this video, I have already cancelled my subscription to a couple of Adwords/Clickback marketing membership sites - hopefully this will help raise enough cash to be able to afford to join StomperNet when it re-opens its doors. Many thanks, for the very valuable free content. :-D

Nice job, Spa Marketing Guy and Jonathon!

A few folks are, in a roundabout way, asking for help with "thinking about keywords." I heard you, and I'm working on it - if you've subscribed to get the bonuses, there will be a little something extra for you after the next Going Natural video.

Although I've always hated being pigeon-holed as the "Keyword Guru," there are good reasons why people call me that - so look for that new video around Tuesday or Wednesday.

Jonathon, web design is one of the examples I often use when I teach keyword strategy, so let me give you a couple quick thoughts:

People who search for "web design" might be looking for information, free tips, templates, any number of things. They might want a book, or even a school. People who search for "web design uk" are FAR more li
