Great video guys! It's good to see that you are providing this kind of information and making it available for free.
What I hope comes out of all this is that the other "TOP GUYS" in this industry (IM) don't forget about the people just entering IM and provide the "value" they always talk about. It's great to offer top level programs for TOP $$$ each month but a there are a lot of us that need to first make money so that we can afford these programs. We are most of the time seeking direction and lose money and time following the wrong trends because of there are those shady characters that are more than willing to offer crapy programs and take us for our money.
I commend your crew for taking this approach and I guarantee that it is steps like these that will only increase your membership through "loyalty". It's hard to forget those that help you build you business, I know I won't. Thanks again.

Just a couple of comments that may help future releases of keyword selection videos:
1) A detail method for keyword selection using free and paid tools
2) Inclusion of keyword modifiers and how LSI plays a role in the equation
3) Keyword cannibalization and how that affects small ecommerce sites when doing on-page optimization, and how to avoid it.
Also, will be helpful if you explain that Alexa is mainly influenced by webmasters; hence, not really providing an accurate number for purposes other than ad selling, link buying and the like.
One last thing, do you offer scholarships? If so, where do I find one?

Some quick hits here...
1) SSS is not the same thing as SEO Elite. You'll be able to use it and see exactly what it does tomorrow. It might be more fair to compare SSS to Hubspot's "Website Grader," which we think will be obsolete in about 24 hours.
2) If you download the Quicktime/MP4 version, you'll want to get the Quicktime player to watch it.
These files are in zip archives, which can be uncompressed on Macs by simply double-clicking, and opened on a PC as a compressed folder by double-clicking - right-click if you want to extract the file from the compressed folder.
3) Pete, we do these videos at this size because our data tells us that people learn better this way. It's very hard to show screenshots of anything in a tiny window. It's also the same size we use for our instructional videos inside of Stompernet.

Hi I was replying to the difference between site seer and seo elite. From my understanding. Seo Elite is a tool used to "automate" the process of seo. We all know that the off page factors of seo are the most critical and the most time consuming. Seo elite seems to help save you time that you would normally use up doing it manuallly.
Site seer from what it looks like, is a tool that will tell you exactly what you are doing right and what you are doing wrong, whereas seo elite doesn't really do that.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, I've been known to be lol but only once lol
